Job Overview

The Accounting Associate’s role will include AR, company-wide credit card and expense reporting,
general pub accounting, as well as ad-hoc accounting and finance projects. This role will report to the
Director of Finance & Accounting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily, weekly and monthly AR entries - Entering all invoices, creating remittances and pulling ACH deposits
  • Expensify reconciliations and corporate credit cards for the company
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations of key GL accounts
  • Manage company expense reports
  • Pub Sales and GL Entries
  • Maintain Pub Inventory Spreadsheets and create inventory adjusting entries

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Experience working in accounting/bookkeeping.

Required skills: Great organizational skills and attention to detail, proficient with excel & pivot
tables, communication in person and via email/phone. Critical thinking and problem solving mindset.
Ability to collaborate with various teams on projects as well as self-direct on certain tasks.
